★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had read many of the positive reviews and was looking forward to getting my haircut here. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. I arranged an appointment by phone but when I showed up there was no record of my booking. Mistakes do happen, and I was still keen to try them out based on reviews, so I booked another appointment a couple of months later, this time through Facebook. On arrival I was informed that I had cancelled my own appointment by email which was not true. I asked to see the email address that had cancelled my booking and was shown a random address that had no connection with me. If there had been any attempt to accommodate me or rearrange an appointment for the future I wouldn't have minded their mix-up, but I found the owner to be extremely rude and unhelpful and unapologetic. I rarely post reviews but I was so disappointed by the customer service I received during both my visits here that I feel obliged to inform others that this place is not all that their review section makes them out to be. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

The shop has an awesome fitout and vibe with amazing products on offer. I’ll never go to another barber or buy hair and beard products anywhere else ?

Make sure you're on time for your appointment, as given the additional COVID-19 restrictions and hygiene standards, Barry has allocated enough time to cut and style your hair, while then carrying our the additional wipe down and sanitiser requirements in between each customer. Thanks for always being professional, an excellent attention to detail, highly customer-focussed and being an exceptional business leader! I would highly recommend Fox Kennedy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a haircut from Barry the other day, his inputs were excellent before we started and he didn't simply take my money and give me a haircut - he really participated throughout and made sure I got what I was looking for. His attention to detail and involvement in the process was brilliant. Excellent chatting and getting to know him as well - even though I usually prefer my barbers silent :))) I'm definitely going again. Make sure you book in advance.
