I was very pleasantly surprised to hear they had been delivered a matter of a couple of hours later. Not only did the service surpass expectations, but the flowers were just lovely and quite a bit less than I was expecting to have to pay. Totally impressed by every aspect of this transaction!

With COVID delays and no guarantees the delivery would arrive by Xmas, I was amazed within 3 days the package reached Auckland. So professional in being able to track the order from store to delivery was reassuring. Highly recommended to my friends and family.

On arrival the bouquets were all ready to pick up. Jocelyn was so friendly and easy to communicate with and the bouquets were absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend, thank you Jocelyn!
