About Foxton Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park
We stayed one night and had a powered site in an area slightly away from main park with a view over the wetland and a brand new toilet/shower. It was a little way to the kitchen but we were cooking in our van so didn't matter. Beach and sand dunes are beautiful . Campground staff were very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, we stayed last night (8th Feb) and around 1.00am in the morning some scumbags climbed over the fence and attempted to to steal two e bikes off our motorhome.
No security or cameras in place to protect campers and the camp managers could not care less and carried on as if nothing had happened! Stay away from this crime ridden camp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful community, we spent the Easter weekend and the owner made the park so festive, the facilities are clean and stocked up, unlimited showers too!! We brought our dog and wouldn’t expect anything less everyone is friendly and great for kids and close to the sand beach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had many holidays at this holiday park as my husband commutes to foxton for work... we have also used it to put up our employees when our rental is full. We have been visiting regularly with our family for the last 3 years. I spoke with the owner today and he was sadly so rude we will never return... he also accused me of being another person that he had had some kind of conflict with earlier in the day... which I absolutely am not... so if you are the person who had a really unpleasant experience with the owner you're not alone. And if he was as rude to you as he was to me I'm very sorry and I hope you found somewhere more accepting to stay.
In response to the owners reply... it wasn't that a test was required that offened me it was how rude the owner was. If you were truly committed to peoples safety you should required all visitors to return a negative test regardless of vaccination status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the reception/camp ground staff Tina is so nice and friendly. She walked with us and showed us around the site for us to choose our favorite site spot.
Nice to have unlimited free wifi which has a good coverage in the site & internet speed. We stayed in a self-contained camper van so we didn't use any of the site facilities except the dumping station and water refill.
It's the off-peak season so the site is not crowded and the night is quiet, no heavy traffic noise or party people around.
Foxton town is also interesting to visit. Don't miss out the Dutch windmill cafe/dairy shop.
