★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service! I just found the shoe my son needed online but wanted to really make sure I was getting the correct size. I spoke to SUCH a lovely young man who went out back to check for me and confirm the sizing. Not only was the service excellent, but the shoes $20 cheaper than where we got the other pair at sale price and there's free delivery. We will be back!

She measured his feet and got him a brand new pair of shoes which look great on him. Not mention they have really cool pairs of docs. Highly recommend. Great service thank you :)

She was friendly and spoke with honesty. I would highly recommend Frames as clearly they hire very passionate and friendly staff

Communication is great and if we do buy a wrong size it's easy to exchange. They website is easy to use and has a great range to chose from at great prices. Appreciate the free shipping too.
