★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed to be sent a faulty item, a kids hoodie that was $100, took 5 days to get a reply, and then nothing again until I chased up and finally got a return courier ticket but no suprises never got replacement, and refused me a refund too. Shocking customer service, not a good look for Ryk. Won’t buy from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty poor service to be honest, they couldn’t find one of the items I ordered so I asked if I could swap to another, no reply but eventually tracking details sent so I had no idea what was coming, sent to the wrong address, emailed to say so and no reply resulting in me wasting so much time tracking the parcel around the country side because they chose not to use the address I supplied! Won’t be buying from this stockist again. Plenty of other rock your baby stockists that are professional to choose from and I suggest everyone does just that
