I was unable to put any of the shoes on myself but nothing was too much trouble. I believe the young woman staff member was called Letava? Anyway really impressed! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got told to size down when purchasing Doc Martens, gave my Jadons a year to wear in and they still give me blisters even when I wear Double Doc socks. Imagine spending $400 on boots that you can't even wear. Ended up listing my boots on facebook market to have at least 3 others going through the same situation and one other person who had to sell her boots to buy her true size. Stop being adamant on sizing down! Save your customers from the unnecessary pain and frustration.
