โ โ โ โ โ An absolute nightmare to deal with. A job that was booked to take 6 weeks (after a 6 week wait) took over 6 months sitting there for the majority of that. I lost count of how many promised deadlines were missed having to follow up myself weekly to hear the latest excuse. The work was done to a very poor level with seals, bolts and welding having to be redone. Strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

โ โ โ โ โ They wonโt answer their phones or call me back. Itโs been 6months waiting. My insurance company canโt get hold of them either, :(
At first it went great. I went in. Had my car assessed on the spot. Very fast. Friendly. But nothing has eventuated.
Ive had to pay someone else to fix part of my car just so I can keep my car legal and insured.
I would not recommend coming here

โ โ โ โ โ I was really disappointed in the unprofessional attitude I experienced here. I brought my car in first thing on a Wednesday morning and was told it would be finished by Saturday and to call if I had not heard. It turns out that they were rushing to finish it by Saturday. I was asked for payment before I even saw my car, and then I was only able to have a quick look in the shade. When I did examine my car properly 20 minutes away I was disappointed to see a rough surface and overspray of paint. I left a message on the answerphone straight away and went back Tuesday morning. I was not welcome and told it was my fault for wanting the car back Saturday, when this is what was arranged. It seems that once payment is received they no longer want to know. I was a private payer not though an insurance company, and I acquired a damaged car that was not mine through a relationship settlement so this felt disrespectful.
