★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I spoke on the phone they asked the breed of my dog amd when I replied he's a staffy who is only just turned 1 they insisted that my dog wouldn't like the area or playing with the other dogs because they're too jumpy?!? All without meeting him. Very rude.
So I wouldn't bother unless you like to be judged without then knowing your fur baby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe this is a once off but had my cat there 3 weeks over christmas. When I picked her up she was skinny, hadn't been brushed or patted (hair malting excessively) and had caught the cat flu. Staff were nice, though that's about all I can say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in All Seasons Pet Resort! I called up to enquire about your day care services. When checking vaccine requirements the response is follow your vet guidelines?? I would expect you to have your own clear guidelines. I am then asked what breed he is - Staffy x ... oh no no we cant take them the only large breed we take is Labrador because their friendly! Excuse me! You people know nothing about my dog to class him as unfriendly/aggressive. What is the point in you advertising an assessment rate when you don't even give dogs a chance to be assessed. I will make sure anyone I know looking for a doggy daycare does NOT use this facility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dog was injured twice in four days while staying at All Seasons 'Pet Resort'. He ended up needing a toe amputation. When I stated I was not happy with the 'service' and the $1000 vet bill, the owner stated that they accept no responsibility for any injury whilst dogs are in their care.
It was only after threatening legal action that she agreed reluctantly to waive the kennel fee. No one could explain why my dog had not one, but two injuries.
It seems to us that there are too many dogs and not enough staff to take care of them properly.
Needless to say we will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were worried our Black Lab was going to be stressed on our trip away. But when we picked him up, he was full of life and happy. I'm glad the team at ASPR looked after our fur baby. He seems to like it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly staff. It was a new kennel for my 10 year schnauzer millie. She enjoyed her 3 day stay they placed with another dog her size. Very handy to get off and on the motorway when your heading South. Even had late pick up. I will be using All Seasons Pet Kennels again
