★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners were rude. No mind for customer service. I arrived slightly early to drop and pick my dog up and was accused of disrupting her whole schedule because “she has a business to run”. In addition I was accused of lying about what time my dog was dropped. We paid a lot of money to keep our dog there and would at the very least expect some level of respect in return. I am never keeping Louie (my dog) there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eva is fantastic with all canine friends. If you want a place for your pet to have a holiday while you're away, this is the place. She sends picture updates showing how much of a good time your dogs are having. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This will be our puppy Bradley’s second time at Freedom Dog Stay with the lovely Eva and when we opened the car door our anxious puppy was over the moon excited to see Eva again, she has such a warm bubbly persona that anyone would love and Bradley is so happy to be with her. Eva also sends picture updates which we love! I would highly recommend Freedom dog stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eva is honestly the best, she looked after our George very well. It's very telling she was the perfect match for George when he gets excited going down her road.
The daily updates alleviate any stress you may have about leaving your furry child with her and for the first time since getting George I wasn't worried or fretting about leaving him.
Also I'm pretty sure when we go to collect him he doesn't want to leave, so that says a lot!
George is like a breathing living mop due to his fur so It's amazing to see he is always so clean even after doing pack walks out in the autumn weather.
