β β β β β My dog lost about 1kg during a week stay. He has a bad bite mark on his ear and hasnβt been cleaned at all. When we pick the dog up the wound was covered by dirt and his blood. When I asked the staff about that, they did not know anything which to me it just shows they pay no care to their business. I also asked for a call back which no response. Would not recommend this kennel to anyone!!!

β β β β β Benny boy loves it here, gets dirty and muddy as dogs should and has a whale of a time doing so. All the staff are so friendly and helpful too.

β β β β β My little dog had a fantastic and positive experience here, this was her first time in a kennel and the team did a wonder job. Would not hesitate to recommend for your fur baby.

β β β β β Had my Dog stay here twice I should have known from the first time.
First time back my dog ( still a puppy ) came home petrified of little dogs . The second time my dog came back with conjunctivitis that cost more to fix than the 4 day stay and staff said they knew nothing about it. Even if I was desperate I wouldn't send my dog here. Don't ever send your dog here.

β β β β β This used to be my go-to place for dog boarding and I would recommend my friends this place too (not anymore!)
Over time however their attitudes seemed to move away from pet care / customer service towards being money hungry.
The last time my dog was there he left with an eye injury- I didnβt notice until I got home (no one told me when I picked him up) and it was obviously a couple days old. Emailed for an explanation and never heard anything back, so have never gone back since.

β β β β β My girls Maggie and Nala love to come here to play and get socialized with other dogs. They are always tired at the end of the day and snooze till bedtime :) the staff here are friendly and know there names. They are always excited to see them. Shout out to Monique who I think is just fantastic with especially Maggie who has separation anxiety and is just really sweet to her. So yeah, thank you and I highly recommend:)
