★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When asking for delivery last week they did not specify that the person delivering the furniture will be by himself. If I was not home my family would not have been able to get the furniture into the house. BEWARE of this while ordering your furniture from here.!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, bought a lounge set and a coffee table last year. They delivered a defective coffee table , made contact with them they said they will replace the defective table since then contacted few times every time they made lame excuses. So I would not recommend them for any purchase. Also when I posted a genuine feedback on their Facebook page they blocked me. This is how they operate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the best furniture shop in Auckland. Don't waste your time and go to other furniture stores, they simply don't have what Furniture City has to offer. Great selection of couches, excellent quality and low prices. They even helped me to customize couches to fit my living room, and the delivery time was super fast!! Thanks for the great service guy?
