Every single details of the product was executed and explained based on my needs. Definitely recommended, if not sure what to buy online just visit the store. I think better then online purchase.

a special shout out to your staff Amy and the security chap manning the doors who are just super nice and helpful guys, who kept the shop open to get me my product. You were pleasant, calm and extremely accommodating when I rocked up at the close of business hours. You guys are an asset to JBHifi and you make your organization look good. You have earned a loyal customer with your ever so pleasant interactions and positive attitude.
You guys rock.

The person who served me than i would. We went To buy a gaming chair for my son when we went to the store and there was a chair as display piece and I asked Customer Service person to tell me the colors available from the back. I was told that theres a red and black chair at the storage .The sales person asked me to google the color on the website as he was just too lazy. Than he said the chairs are solid color shades. To top things up there was no photo of chairs as well and my son didn’t want a full red chair or a whole white chair and as we were walking out of the store my brother walks in and asked me which chair i wad looking for that wasn’t available. I showed him the chair and funny enough it had pictures on its its price tag of the other available colors. The ref chair was red stripes and so was the supposedly whole white chair. I asked the sales person if this was the chair in stock and he said “hmm ok. “
I was way too upset as we nearly walked out without a gaming chair. I bought the chair and left. My dad whose 77 was called bro as well by this sales person who was a child compared to my dad. Not only did he not know his store products but rude and ill mannered
The picture is of the chair I bought and I’m happy with the chair but not the store staff. Please do your own research of products before going to this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Star Rating to the Branch Manager Aimee and her colleague Dean, who made my visit to the branch an absolute pleasure. I had a little issue with a product and they went out of their way to make sure i was looked after and the problem addressed. Dean checked on me a few times whilst i was in the queue. I am short of words of appreciation here . Big Thank You to Aimee and Dean.
