Tracey has taught me to look at nutrition in a different light and not only am I losing weight, I'm feeling all the other benefits that come from healthy eating. Tracey knows her stuff and its showing on my scales ? Would highly recommend for anyone on a weight loss/wellness journey!

โ โ โ โ โ I went to Tracey in June mainly to.discuss ways to lower BP . Shedding weight I know will result in lower BP. I have acquired very valuable knowledge on what and how to eat. I have a only a few more kgs to shed . My BP is lowering.
I eat a lot ..nowadays never hungry....love what I eat ..my weight is decreasing. I feel lighter and more energetic. Last few weeks I a learnt to listen to my body and understand how it works.
I tried many ways to lose weight. None worked. I am extremely grateful to Tracey.

This offers people a thorough understanding of how food choices impact weight management, with helpful visuals and recipes to assist with making the best choices.
The programme was also great value for money.
