Message these guys on Facebook and they take contact details promising the local store will get in contact and it NEVER happens, even after Multiple promises to do so. I would have brought a few items had they actually contacted me. Their loss

β β β β β Excellent shop with good value beds. Have had ours for a while and decided to upgrade our daughters beds and got a great deal. I'd give 5 stars but the delivery option is lacking and there was only 1 woman there to move stuff around which makes it difficult..

β β β β β I love the lady that works in there ....excuse me I forgot her name. She is so friendly, helpful and knows her stuff. I bought my lounge suite and extras off her. Just going to buy another chair and possibly a rug too.

β β β β β I bought some furniture from Furniture Zone Rotorua on deal last week. When I read reviews about this place I feel to write my own experience. I been to many furniture store in Taupo, Rotorua and Hamilton. This place had best deals. Buffalo leather sofa 3+2 and sofa lounge only $2500.00

β β β β β I erased my long as review regarding a bad experience with the customer service from Harpreet in Rotorua FZ which happened in the yr 2019 and last yr. This very high pitched lady with a desi accent, had difficulty understanding her and she was talking way too fast, slow to understand the needs of her clients. ?? Then another one happened in 2019 when my lounge suite delivered by one man and had to help him unload. Her service is rubbish, never come across one like her before. So yeah to the guy that call me regarding my bad review this for u.

β β β β β We bought lounge set at such a reasonable price. It is so comfortable, just loved it. Had many choices to choose from, but Harpreet helped us alot in choosing the best lounge set for us. Great customer service from her. She is just amazing. Keep it up ?
