A successful outcome – which makes me very happy. This morning your technician popped in on the off chance that I would be here – appointment was for tomorrow at 4.30 – and took just a few seconds to fix the problem – the louvers would not shut when pump was turned off. Michael found a pumpkin seed to be the culprit, would you believe! How it got there is a mystery – I do not eat beside the heat pump! So there it is, and I want to commend Michael and thank you for your involvement.

The work that was carried out with changing the filter in the HRV system down to showing me a few things about the control panel that I was unaware off was much appreciated. Excellent admin service too - they ring each year to ask if I require the annual maintenance. Total all-round good business experience.
