I appreciated his honesty when he told me I didnt need the heat pump serviced this year. I will definitely call Thom again when the next service is needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the system serviced and 2 new filters installed . System installed in 2007 . Paul and Leo explained procedures very fully and were easily understood . Also explained how to get the best out of the system and showed us how to adjust the ventilation flow . Never had this explained previously. System is still in good working order and we were impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Job well done . Regards Simon and Trisha

He explained what he was doing, and taped up some gaps in the pipes due to our hot weather lately. Scary to see the filters all dirty but nice to see the good job that the system does. Paul gave us great service, a nice person to deal with. Cheers.

One vent downstairs wasn’t working, he went under the house and fixed it up. Paul has given us instructions on how to properly use the HRV to its full potential. I very happy with the service and with the HRV it works so well. Thanks ?

He gave me a short refresher course on how to operate the key pad to ensure that I was getting the most out of my unit and left me easy to understand written instructions too. Paul also took the time to show me the old filter that was being replaced and explained to me clearly what he was doing and why. I thought he was incredibly professional and thorough and I will definitely be asking for him again next time.
