★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in touch to get a measure and quote for two new garage doors via the Garadoor website. These guys called me up saying they had received my enquiry and would be in touch soon. Well over a week later, no phone call and my follow up emails have been ignored.
Not sure if its due to workload or what, but getting ignored as a customer makes me take my business elsewhere. Annoying experience really.
