However the box was returned to him for update and despite promises the box was not updated and never returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service on three counts. I paid this order by Bank transfer at the same time I ordered the goods. NZ Banks now transfer monies to other banks on the same day, so you need to check your accounts more often.
You use the most useless couriers in NZ currently, one who has no-idea where our packages are at any time.
The ordered items were just tossed into a box and the box sent. There was no wrapped bubbles, no air bags, not even a sheet of newspaper to prevent the items rattling around and some items didn't even have a bag around them. C'Mon? Packing 101, Rule 1 states : Prevent the items from moving!!!! I shall not be using this outlet again.
