I gave them full artistic license to cut my hair and I have never been so impressed by a barbers in my life, the professionalism, quality and value of the cut will indefinetly keep me as a return customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we move into L2 one of the things I'm most looking forward to is getting my haircut again at GeneratioNZ. They have cut my hair several times since opening and the experience has always been excellent - arguably the best haircuts I've had since leaving the UK over 25 years ago!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the first time today, THIS PLACE is the place. Rahim took the time to make sure i got the best hair cut i could get, cleaned me up to not even leave one bit of hair on me and then let me choose an aftershave AND gave me a wax free of charge to show me what product could do for me. He's my new go to for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling. Have their kids working on the tools and don’t listen to the customers request. This is the second time the same “child” has messed up my hair and had to be fixed by the Dad. Was then yelled at when I refused to pay full price after my head was shaved bald. Was then yelled at and “banned” from the store.
Atrocious behaviour and thinking that was “acceptable” to charge full price for. Don’t. Even. Bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son got a hair cut from a young girl today, she didn’t speak English and needed the man to help interpret, the hair cut needed him to finish off as it was rough. To top it off he charged me full price for a 12 year old even though it was his 12th birthday today. Obviously doesn’t want repeat business. Good luck.
