★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i went to this shop for simple haircut and i showed the barber the pic of the haircut which I want and asked him the price he said it will be $30 exactly after an hour that lazy barber finished the cutting and charged me i was in hurry that I didn’t check that how much he is charging but when I checked my account he charged me $10 extra for nothing. He just took advantage of my haste. I will advise everyone to be careful while paying at this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across this place randomly and glad I did. Great atmosphere. Also caters for children which I thought was very cool. Very reasonable prices in comparison to the astronomical ones in the mall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner went to this barber on the 24th January for a beard trim and hair cut. For a $60 service we expect better than there being patches that have been missed (on cheek, around ear), a crooked finish, and to have the barber not listen to the client. Too much length was lost, and now raser burn from not using a shaving cream as requested. By his own admission, the barber had had a hard night last night drinking, and seemed tired and hungover. If you're going to go here, make sure it's not the weekend apparently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $35 for an average haircut at best, barbers non engaging, haircut not what I asked for at the beginning, (managed to fix my hair and do an alright haircut). Manukau boss barbers are way better for only $25, go see Sahif for a good cut in manukau! Glenfield is lucky to get my one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always been meaning to come here for a cut. I was lucky to pop in on a quieter period and only waited for 10mins.
I had the pleasure of having Ali as my barber. He was so maticulous and had a great attention to detail. His mannerisms were very polite and helpful. I left the shop feeling new and full of confidence again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the pathetic experience has to cut the hairs. First I have already confirmed the price for the zero fade. But after cut the hairs they charge $10 more. Unusual shaped and hair cut for zero fade cut. Sounds learner working here.
Be careful with the prices. Really don’t like their service. These happened 2nd times. I won’t go ever again here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very rushed job with very little care on the consistency of the cut. The barber did not want to cut my hair in the way I asked and opted for something more convenient for himself. Even with a smile and the attempt to make conversation, the barber and boss remained unfriendly and unhappy. They also charged me more than what was priced on their menu. It will be the last time I'm going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here February 21, 2022. Asked for a Mid Drop Skin Fade and got a High Skin Fade instead. Specifically asked for the drop at the back. Also specifically informed the barber that the shape of my head has a flat back. I even showed him a video of the haircut and explained everything. The barber seems to be in a rush to finish my haircut. I came around 4:30pm.
The barber was just rushing to finish my haircut and ended up enhancing the flatness of my head. I don’t know why he didn’t tried to acknowledge or even do what I’ve asked. I didn’t get rude or anything before, during and after my haircut because I know that customer service kind of job is really hard to do. But what I experienced isn’t worth the price I paid for.
Will not come back to this place.
