★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service, I called as I have both gas and power for my business with genesis and wanted to change gas company, lady said that was no problem. Day of switch over comes and I get a call from the territory manager having ago at me for changing, he has been calling me a few times and emailing me even after being asked to stop.
