β β β β β A wonderful pairing of cheese and wine. Very reasonably priced and generous with the size of cheese too. Friendly staff and water for you to also drink. Small gifts and sweets are available to purchase too. You can also take home your cheese in a bag if you dont eat all of it. Also do get the olives - they are extra but really good.

β β β β β First off... the front staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer a small selection of cheeses for sampling. We tried their mini gourmet cheese platter which was great. They also have a winery in the premises which means the wine quality was very good. I would recommend you to come early as it gets busier as the day goes on. Overall, it was a great stop and if you like cheese you should give it a try.

β β β β β A great place to be if you are a Cheese lover. I did cheese tasting for the first time and couldn't stop myself from ordering a cheese platter all to myself. It is served with choice of cheese, crackers and fresh fruit jam. Absolutely delicious! You can pick lots of assortments and have them on way.

β β β β β Our first trip to Arrowtown and we found this little gem. We ordered the special cheese platter and it exceeded our expectations. Great coffee & friendly service. Thanks

β β β β β We loved everything about our stop at the cheesery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the wine was delicious, and every element on the Mini Gourmet board was perfectly curated to work together. And excellent selection, prepared with attention and care. The price for two of us was likely less than if we had stopped in to a full restaurant, but we left very full and satisfied with our experience.

β β β β β I love that you can sample the cheeses before deciding which ones you want for your platter! The staff are really friendly and helpful. The blue cheese is a MUST! So so so good, I wanted to buy some but was spending the day travelling in the car and didn't have the means to store it.

β β β β β Bought their Lindis Pass Brie which they cut and package to sell. Cheese was well off before expiry date. I do not recommend their poor customer service /not my problem attitude. In reply to my email, Manager said β¦..
β Unfortunately, we are not responsible for cheese once it leaves and how it is kept before eating.
But what I can say from the photos you have provided of the Brie, it looks fully ripe to me! The Lindas Pass Brie is Whitestoneβs most creamy βBrie de Meaux,β and leaving it until its best before date will indeed result in this cheese fully ripening thus releasing its oozy appearance right through to the middle and complex earthy mushroom flavours.β
The putrid smell and brown black colour doesnβt convince me!
