★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate that it is the bar and food keeping this place going at present however the room was tired and cluttered. The carpet is stained. There was actually a hair in the kettle. The mugs are stained so I used my travel mug. There is a clutter of furniture - a rail in the unit for hanging clothes would do away with one bit of clutter. A tangle of wires doesn't add to the appeal. One the plus the bed was comfortable . The shower was good once a huge amount of water was wasted waiting for hot water. Could do better as my school report always said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service due to covid but that's OK. Location puts you in the centre of Arrowtown. Comfy beds and sky TV. Not the most modern with all the trappings but it's fine for a couple of days.
And the price reflected that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely view from the balcony of the spectacular autumn leaves. Delicious food. Teens enjoyed the pool table. And great to see a democratic door policy on mandates and passes.
