★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venue was lovely and coffee was nice but sadly the food was beyond disappointing. I hate leaving bad reviews but I could barely eat my meal and cringed paying for something that was so unenjoyable. My partner did enjoy his meal, but agreed mine was pretty appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, quick service and hands down, the best marshmallows we’ve ever had, I don’t even like marshmallows and I got some to bring home they were so good. Cosy atmosphere, priced appropriately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This family-owned restaurant is truly delicious; so much, in fact, that we had to go every morning we were in town. Fantastic, friendly service to add to the fresh-squeezed orange juice, tasty coffee, and the best-in-New-Zealand Kiwi breakfast. I could not say enough positive things about this place, so make sure you stop by!

We got two hotdogs, chips and a very small old tasting piece of tarakihi for $8.50 a piece, (we were told it would be a big piece) The hotdogs were covered with a splattering of batter and a toothpick as a stick and a fatty sausage. If it weren't for the chips being OK I would have given a one star. Definitely have lost a local customer here :(
