★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the best i have experienced in buy a car....EVER. I bought my VW Tiguan from them unseen from Christchurch. When the car arrived there was 2 very small dings front guard and front door. This could have been caused by the car transport company. By the time we came to an agreement i had the car sign written. So i put off having the work done. We have just had a brand change so had to take the signs off the car. Just on a YEAR after buying the car. And they honoured their word and had the car fixed. WOOW, these guys have blown me away at how good they are to deal with. A HUGH thanks to these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in 2 weeks ago to look at a GTI on the yard.
nobody approached me after 20 mins so I went to reception and was given a ‘salesman’.
Don’t know who I dealt with as he didn’t give me a card or a call back with a confirmed trade in price.
-car was wasn’t clean and I asked “had it been in long..?” salesman said “around 2 months” I said I was surprised to see previous owners stuff still in arm rest compartment... ‘shrug of shoulders’
-rear tyres were low and service due and when I brought this up I got another ‘shrug of his shoulders’.
-no talk about figures or a deal just a... “I’ll call you” from salesman.
I’m watching it on trademe and see its still available... not surprising with the effort I experienced.
I hope this comment reaches the owner as I’m sure the owner of the garage deserves to know customers aren’t being handled.
Good Bits: Great test drive... was let out on my own and impressive looking dealership and staff member was dressed smart and looked the part.
