All food portioned out and ready to cook. Take a book and that's about all you'll need. Great weekend away with someone special.

Very beautiful views in the evening and morning. Receptionist was very friendly and proffesional. I would not call it "Glamping" , more like staying in a overpriced cabin in the middle of no where. Its not secluded as well.We had another cabin on top of a hill rite behind us. Every time we went around the corner the other "Glampers" would wave at us. The company was on the rite track of creating a Glamping experience. fell short at the end.

Idyllic place to escape all of your commitments and appointments and just relax. Fully catered and an awesome set up, in the most stunning location. They even threw in a bottle of wedding bubbles for us newlyweds! The only thing I'd change or recommend is either have a bluetooth capable device loaded with music you like or a usb stick with music loaded on as the usb stick plugged in to the stereo didn't have music we particularly liked on it. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience! My photo was of our view, amazing to wake up to!

Management could take lessons in empathy. I had booked the glamping option as a surprise for my partner's 60th for this Sunday. Unfortunately a horse kicked me in the knee on Wednesday night, resulting in a knee fracture. Cue in crutches, knee brace and strong painkillers. I called the Resort to explain the situation (Thursday whilst in hospital) - was advised their terms and conditions stood - 50% loss of deposit, even if we transfer to another date. My partner called them today (Friday) to explain again, and it's now been put up to 100% loss of deposit as it's 48 hours notice. They are 'willing' to transfer the booking to another person Really?!! Given the situation - you'd think there would be some empathy and understanding from the management. Deeply disappointed and ontop of an unpleasant week - this has put a massive dampner on my partner's birthday. I understand tourism dollars are important - but so are your customers Castaway Management!

I got engaged here on our first of two nights glamping in the cliff top and treehouse cabins. No doubt it’s an amazing experience! But after our engagement we checked out before moving to the next cabin. We shared that we’d just been engaged (literally the first people we told) and asked if we could order a bottle of bubbles to the next cabin (we were happy to pay for it, not looking for free stuff). And we were told it was too late notice (??). Pretty disappointing for a luxury experience. They did however point us in the direction of the bottle shop in town so we could go buy one ourselves… The treehouse was beautiful but smelled strongly of mould so spent most of the time outside. We’re very low maintenance travellers, often staying in hostels and cheap Airbnbs so I really don’t think we’re picky. But when you’re forking out so much money you expect a bit more. Would not consider for our actual wedding.

It was horrible night. I think you should have a weather permitting policy for these tents, should cancel the bookings in severe weather, let people up to the tent in severe weather will result in the worst experience, was restless with the loud noises, thunder and lightning, the tent was shaking with the wind. And bugs everywhere, even on beds. I would have gone home in midnight if I could get down. When my friends asked me about the experience, I had to say it was the worst night I have ever had.
