As soon as I walked in a gorgeous staff member saw I was struggling, asked what I was after and when she described it she went out back and found me three beautiful items EXACTLY what I had described. She showed me the matching bra and when I wasnt fussed there was no pressure. Prices were reasonable as well being an outlet so I was able to walk away with some luxe Pleasure State items for next to nothing. The staff member was so lovely and funny too. Great range of bras, undies and lingere and if you cant find what you are after ask the helpful staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went during their labor weekend $20 sale, so a great price. Staff were really friendly and approachable. I was a bit nervous, but I got a fitting and she even helped me find a few bras around the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good, I had to return an item that I'd bought online & was faulty. It took a bit of time to get the credit processed and an exchange but no difficulties apart from that. Everything is laid out well considering its such a small shop with a lot of stock.
