★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to sort out a Kiwi bank travel card. Ladies were rude and didn't know the correct information, they didn't even know what they were doing. Go to the Henderson branch instead, they know all protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the worst place for service , 2 ladies continued talking to each other including a third person who I couldn't see. I had to ask twice to be served. Not good enough, if you want to have a chat wait till there are no customers.
