★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was moving my account from another bank to ASB and needed to provide a proof of address so I went directly without realizing I needed to make an appointment. Luckily I was able to do it straight away and they were really helpful. The staff at this branch is really friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I came 3 times wanted to open an account, but they said no appointment, can’t then I came again , they said the document not enough, in fact I brought passport and driver license and other documents they said , but still be refused , please don’t come to this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made an appointment for 11am but only got served by 11:30am (what’s the point in booking a time when it won’t be adhered to )
There was no customer service experience, no attempt at building a rapport or engaging with the customer (me)
But hey I got my needs met in the end so, not a one star rating

Despite the long queue, all the staff who spoke with us were so polite, understanding, and really went out of their way to make sure everyone was seen as efficiently as possible. Even bringing a chair out for another older person. Thank you, doing a great job!
