★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeepers I think this shop thinks its located in Ponsonby Auckland since covid has dramatically increased prices $4.90 for 1 bit of fish.. $3 for 1 measly scoop of chips, $4 chips didnt even touch the sides.. Lost a customer here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fried rice was bland. No real flavour at all. The Thai place next door absolutely takes the cake w fried rice but this place... Please put spices and something that isn't literally just oil and rice :T

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a snapper and hoki and chips. Compared to many other places I've brought fish and chips from, this will be the last time ever. Batter wasn't crispy fish was dry. Wouldn't recommend this place to others, unless you like your food that way. When you pay top dollar for a piece of snapper, expectations are high. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and food was hot. Way to much salt on the chips and while this place used to be good value, it no longer is. I got $5 chips and 5 hot dogs for the kids lunch. They're not big eaters so this should be plenty. They ended up getting a woman's size handful of chips each and a hotdog... Hardly value at $16
