For your convenience we are now located across two different sites. The original pharmacy on the corner of Urlich Ave and Ohaupo Road is now complemented with an additional pharmacy in the Glenview Medical Centre. Both our sites have complete dispensary and retail operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using this pharmacy as new to the area- won’t be going back. The young girl with the face full of make up needs to learn some customer service skills. Also first unichem EVER that hasn’t explained the medication and how to use it correctly- so disappointed as I just watched her be ever so lovely/over the top to an older woman, not for me though ? very fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking to buy some dressings for my daughter's boils. Any time I shop I like to take my time comparing prices etc so I don't forget anything and saves me from doubling back. In the space of 10 minutes I was asked if I needed help by 3 different people, and then a 4th time by the 3rd person. I totally understand the 1st person asking me, and even the 2nd person... But the 3rd person? Asking me twice? When I said "No, I'm okay thank you" the 3rd time and then proceeds to hang around me and watch me while I shop. If I say "no, thank you" then it's a clear no. Please respect a customers space and help if requested.
