Very accommodating and always has a repair person here at their earliest.
Always reachable my email,text or call and gets back to us promptly.
High recommended using Harcourts Holmwood.
Have been a pleasure being tenant of 1 of their properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you want to work with unsupportive, unprofessional, people who cant wait to take tenants money for no good reason then by all means rent a property with these guys, just be prepared to be stung when you leave your tenancy, and try and avoid working with Rebecca Flint if you can. What property manager never answers her phone, amongst other things.. maybe it depends if you're a tenant or the owner. It really feels like this company chase $$$$ without any regard for the tenant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been delighted with the service I have received over the past 4 years from my Property Manager at Harcourts. Sarah Laird has been excellent to work with, proactive and very capable in her work as my property manager. I have recommended her to several other owners and they have also been happy with her work managing their properties. Her 3 monthly checks on properties are worth the money as she is able to maintain good communication with the tenants which is important. She checks applicants well and is proactive when issues arise. I would have no hestitation in recommending her as an experienced and very capable Property Manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Sarah Laird to be unprofessional, unfriendly, rude and biased. She needs to address her attitude and work on it for sure. I would never rent a property through her even if it is the best property out there. Avoid her and find some nicer property manager since you will be dealing with them throughout your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m over the moon with the Communication and speed of these guys, We asked to get new curtains in our apartment, with in 3-4 days they already had a handy man over measuring the curtains and quoting for new ones.
I worked with Sarah and Juile to get this apartment and they definitely found the perfect place for me and my partner to settle down and start our new chapter.
And I’m proud to say I will most likely be using these guys for the rest of my renting experience.
Good job guys that’s a 10 from me ??

I strongly recommend Mandy Shaw if you are looking to buy or sell property. Also if you own house and want someone to manage your property contact Mandy.
I am overseas since 2016 and I don’t have to worry about my house plumbing, electric or other handyman work. She take cares of everything and it’s a big peace of mind.
