★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem, one of the loveliest walks I’ve been with stunning views of the coast and Deep Bay! If you’re walking up the Golden Bay road from Halfmoon Bay, you’ll see the start of the track on the left of the road. If you’re coming from Golden Bay Wharf at the other direction, the start is on your right. It starts on a fairly low point on the coast and climbs via steps to a higher point. There are quite a few of these long stairways up and down, it’s the same whether or not you start from this end or from the other end of the track (at Ringaringa), so don’t bother strategising how you do this track and just enjoy the views ? takes about 50min one way at a very leisurely pace.
