★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very uphill short track which then turns into a small hike through the forest. You will need bug spray for this walk as the sand flies come out to feed. Beautiful spot though. A couple of benches are here too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best spot for views of the settlement and surrounding water. When we were there the locals seemed to be having a boat race which was an unexpected treat. Not much parking nearby and seemed to be here with many others who had the same idea at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find, follow the signs on Leonard St. A few short steep uphills from half moon bay, but well worth the effort. I reckon the view is stunning on a sunnier day. It was a bit chilly with the wind when I was there on a cloudy noon ?
