★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their geoducks sashimi-style with wasabi and cooked Asian-style with spring onions and ginger, absolutely delicious!! Flavour was mild with a subtle sweetness, texture was dense and had a bite to it; hands down better than raw oysters! And so fresh that I blushed when the clams sprayed us with sea water!
Super kind and friendly team, will be back many more times for sure. Already decided that next time we’ll try it crumbed and deep-fried with a side of homemade aioli! Such a tasty and fun clam to eat! ?
