★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time trying bubble tea and Gongcha had really set the standards high for the other shops! The staff were super friendly and nice when I had asked for suggestions, I could tell that all the staff in this branch were well trained and super professional as well.
My interaction with the staff was such a lovely experience, the Gongcha Northlands branch is really well built and stable as well. The design of the shop was also very stylish as well!
I totally recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A magnificent drinks shop* ???☕ from milk teas, bubble teas, coffees, greentea, smoothies, such varieties * I especially like how you can choose sugar content amount from 0% , 30%, 50%, 70% or 100% then ice ? as well* highly recommend when out and about shopping at Northlands Mall* ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to hate bubble tea, but one of my mates told me to get a drink from gongcha, so i did. After I took the first sip of the drink I was amazed how wonderful the drink is. I 100% recommend causal bubble tea drinkers. Another thing that I loved about this place was the lovely, friendly staffs. Everyone was taking care of each other, everyone that was working at this branch had a smile on their face. Every staff knew what they were doing to make the customers come back. Everyone here were well trained and were very professional. :)
