★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a gel pedicure. Had recently had a toe nail fall off but had a small one underneath and the young girl doing my nails kept playing with it. I told her it hurt after about 5 minutes of her prodding at it, and she repeatedly carried on doing the same thing. Very unpleasant experience and overpriced for the service received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very disappointed when I have had some great experiences in the past at the Northlands shop. Today went for a back fill and spa pedicure, the back fill was rough. The drill often caught my skin and made me jerk but never was asked if I was okay and went and did it to other nails. The drill was also continuing to go over one place and starting to heat up my nail. To come away and have a few fingers red and skin raw is very disappointing.
Felt very rushed and will be asking for another person if I have him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some gel polish removed there for convenience as I was shopping in the mall and my nails are now in terrible condition and they hurt, they were super healthy before. My mother in law who had her gel polish done at the same place (in Prebbleton) on the same day as me went to get hers removed at that same place and hers are in impeccable condition. I would not recommend professionail at all. Awful service and very pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had sns nails done here and the staff member was incredibly rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I was burnt, glared at, and the only communication I got the entire time was glares, huffy sighs and "choose" as a colour chart was literally thrown at me. Call me old fashioned, but I at minimum expect to be treated as a human being when paying money for a service. This was the rudest customer experience I've ever had by a long shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nails were great for the first few days till the polish on top started to peel. Now I'm left with nails like this till I can find the time away from work to get them taken off. Will probably have to pay for it too?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give a no star review i would, the quality is far from, i got a set done from here 2 weeks ago and have been back 4x to have them replaced as they keep dropping off. Then the girl tried to blame my nails and the length which is the length i get all the time with no problems. Poor quality, poor service and definitely not worth the price
