★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As poorly laid out as any other Whitcoulls store, but the staff are very nice. Although I didn't interact much I could see them helping plenty of people out. Good environment and even with the typical poor layout I'd trust employees to help me find anything I was after.

The attendants are very helpful and courteous to all customers, including children which I, as an adult, really admire. Even at busy times they are polite, help locating items in the store and even manage a smile.
I would appreciate having more specialised drawing and painting materials.
