★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude an judgemental lady behind the counter. Yes I was alittle untidy as had come from work. From the moment I walked in she looked down at me. I asked about a lava lamp an the first thing I was told was its 60 are u sure u want that. Yes I was sure or would not of asked about it in the first place. Really wanted the lava lamp but her being a rude judgemental ladie put me off buying anything from the store so went to another branch who was more than happy to help me.
Moral of the story is just cos I looked alittle scruffy not mean I can't afford your items. But northlands has lost my business an I tell everyone I know not to shop there. Also spent 500 in the store an you were worried if I could afford a 60 lava lamp.
Very rude. Wish I got your name as I would include that on here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always visit this shop when I am in the mall. Everything is beautifully presented with great displays, but there is so much crammed on the shelves and they are so close together I feel uncomfortable moving between them. Also they do not display the prices and there is no way you can lift something to see it. There is great variety and something for every occasion. I love the range of clothing and most of it is at very reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed the way I have been treated by one of the ladies from the Northland mall store while doing the Christmas shopping. I was just asking if the gift has also a box and the way she responded was absolutely unprofessional and I would say even rude. I ended up buying two gifts and before making the payment I thought to have a look inside the box to make sure the gift is in one piece. The lady again asked me why I'm looking inside the box or what's the problem that I'm looking inside. I replied that I want to ensure that the item is ok before making the purchase. Very unpleasant experience overall and I won't recommend this store.

She even cut the tag off without asking us first…. and after we had paid and was about to leave the counter, we over heard the two workers talking negatively about the item. Super unprofessional!
