โ โ โ โ โ Extremely RUDE owners/employees. I've experienced horrible customer service each of the 3 times I've visited - and today was my last. Not surprised in the least to read that other reviewers have had similar encounters (except for the Indian reviewers, which were probably treated well since the owners are Indian). They always make me feel cheap for not paying their exorbitant prices (which they conveniently leave off for the most expensive items, forcing you to ask the price). And like others have stated, the employees hover over you if you take more than 20 seconds to decide on an item.
During my most recent visit, there were multiple placards advertising "2 for $5.00" for an item I was interesting in purchasing. Shocker - when I got to the counter to pay, the owner told me that half of the items I chose didn't qualify...even though the brand name CLEARLY matched the brand name listed on the placards. When I asked her to explain, she mumbled random prices under her breath, probably hoping I wouldn't hear her. When I asked her to speak louder so I could make a decision regarding my purchase, her husband walked up ready to defend her. I WANT TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY, YOU IDIOTS. STOP TREATING ME LIKE A CROOK. News flash - you aren't in your Third World Country anymore. We are in New Zealand. No one wants to steal your shitty items. You can be nice to people. It won't kill you. In fact, you may get something called "repeat customers" as a result.
Never coming here again.

โ โ โ โ โ Good to go indeed! Fresh produce, big range of food and other consumables, and nice space. Great alternative to the big chain supermarkets. You get personal service instead of machines, and easy to find what you need. The owners were there when I went and were friendly and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ Shocking! I was kicked out of the store because I took too long to shop!! ? The owner followed me around the store the whole time I was picking products as to make sure I wasn't a thief. In the end as I approached the cashier he hurried me and asked "why are you here?" As he pointed at his watch indicating I was taking too much time?! I didn't find what I was looking for so was going to buy other products but I was so humiliated and infuriated at this treatment that I left without buying anything. ?

โ โ โ โ โ I brought some mushrooms and got home only to realise they were moulding and disgusting, I tried calling and explaining the situation but the lady just hung up on me, would recommend to save your money and go somewhere else

โ โ โ โ โ A decent size fully functional new open supermarket that has almost most of the daily grocery stuff you need. They also have organic food section and small cafeteria section to grab a quick snacks. They also have wine section and other beverages too. Friendly staff and good service.
