★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrew from Goode Rentals is an exceptional letting agent. If the standards of service and professionalism displayed toward tenants (who aren't even technically the customer) are this good, one can only surmise that it would be a six star rating for a landlord.
After crossing paths with other agents at the opposite end of the spectrum (transactional mindsets and lacking even basic courtesy), if Andrew is any example to go by, Goode's management fee would be worth every penny.
