They have very nice online info system and you can access all the documents easily. And Carol is the best property manager I've ever known.
The tenants are also very happy and have decided to extend the lease.

Their online tool is really handy and makes tracking information simple and requesting things seemless. Our agent Amelia is really professional and the commincation is always on point. I can recommend their services to both those looking to rent or find tenants/maintain their rentals. We have been really happy with the service we get from the property manager, we have faith in things getting sorted.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible property management company. We had a lovely property manager Eva and when she left Amelia took us on. We lived in an apartment for 2 1/2 years and always kept Eva and Amelia updated about the apartment as it was falling to bits. We found out it was a leaky build apartment on fair go and came home to people working in our apartment on multiple occasions without consent and without knowing people were entering our private space. We kept property managers updated of damages due to building fault and now they are not releasing bond and wonโt respond to calls texts or emails. One instance I returned home and my key wasnโt working and I had a plane flight to get to. The electronic key wasnโt working and uno provided no help whatsoever with resolving this issue. Now they will not respond calls texts or emails and we have no choice but to go the disciplinary tribunal - do not use this company
