★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great range. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Some amazing instruments and the parts to repair, maintain, or upgrade your instrument. Probably "the" music shop in Hamilton if you're serious about your instruments. A veritable institution at this stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister bought a wrong size keyboard for my nephews Bday and I thought we'dd be able to cancel the order, unofrtunetely the 199$ casio was already shipped and so I asked if we could get a refund, I was kindly passed to another women I think was the manager, she said that they don't have to refund us, so I kinda insisted saying we'dd pay for shipping back or redirecting as it didn't even arrive to us yet, the manager said to put my sister in touch with her. I got my sister to call and she got turned back. Refunding a sealed, unopened product is standard these days and that attitude of asking for someone else to talk to and giving us both a negative solution is just bad business here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shearers Music Works has been the go to place in Hamilton for a long time. Instruments, audio keys, drums and staff that know their stuff and are awesome to talk to, if they don't have it onsite I'm sure they'll have access to it. Oh they have a notice board where bands advertise. I highly recommend this store, check it out for all your needs.
