★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU ARE 100% sure THAT YOU ARE GOING ON YOUR TRIP. THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS!! I booked 26 hours ago and cancelled 36 hours before the pick up time. WE CANCELLED OUR ROAD TRIP BECAUSE ALL 3 OF OUR PARTY TRAVELLING HAVE BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH A 4TH PERSONA WITH A TEMPERATURE. i AM IN THE PROCESS OF CALLING MY CREDIT CARD TO DO A CHARGE BACK. UNREASONABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called for an enquiry the team was very understanding and also made sure I was heard as a customer. I then arrived and was greeted by staff and also given a thorough review of expectations when renting a car.
On returning the car it was very quick and seem less and was also asked if I was okay on my trip and that mattered due to the fact of customer care which was shown towards myself.
I will a returning customer and have also referred the company to others
