I had a hygiene appointment with Storme, who was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and friendly, and I was really happy with the careful but comprehensive treatment I received. The clinic is welcoming and modern, and Shelley on reception was lovely too - I'm sure that even those who are a little apprehensive about visiting the dentist would be made to feel at ease. It's quick and easy to view availability and book online, and the prices seem very reasonable compared to other dentists nearby. Well worth it in my experience!

I've attended Grafton Dental on three occasions now and on each visit, I am greeted by friendly staff who go above and beyond to make a routine trip memorable. When it comes to delivering exceptional customer service, they really have thought of everything. Well done Grafton Dental!

β β β β β Best (most positive) dentist visit I've ever had! Grafton Dental have the nicest and most caring customer service I've ever encountered in a practice! Thank you so much Shelley and team! And Dr Ahmad Mustafa has been the first dentist that spent time explaining things to me, gave me several options, and genuinely looked after my wellbeing. Me as a patient as well as a person who showed up being apologetic and afraid. I've never left the dentist feeling so positive about changes to come and happy. Super grateful, thank you so much again!

β β β β β Dr. V has been great at communicating. I can't express my gratitude enough. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed today. Dr. V made the process very simple and he is incredibly patient too. I'll recommend his dental clinic to all my friends and family. 5 stars experience and definitely value for money. Shelley has been really good at communicating via email and phone too. Thank you both! ?

β β β β β Grafton Dental is always highly recommend on the βBritβs in Aucklandβ Facebook page, everytime someone asks for dental recommendations Grafton Dental is always the place that is recommended the most!
Iβm terrified of the dentist as an adult as I had lots of dental issues when I was younger, Dr Manish is always SO patient with me & understanding. I had my wisdom tooth out yesterday (the first time I have ever had a tooth out without being put under GA) & he was amazing. I was a nervous, shaking mess & he was so patient, didnβt rush & ensured I was comfortable, had a great sense of humour too! Am in lots of pain today but cannot fault the procedure & service from Dr Manish & his DA too, highly recommended:)
