★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing concerning the lack of customer service and responsibility that Mobil NZ provide their customers. After purchasing a Steak and Cheese pie at the Pukekohe Mobil at 1 Manuaku Road, I discovered it was warm around the edges and totally "Ice Frozen" in the middle. I called the Station to which I was told the Manager was at home and back at midday. I then finally get hold of the head office where the woman on the phone didnt give to hoots. The fact they heat there frozen pies using a pie warmer alone is ridiculous and inevitably the said pie, will grow bacteria and cause someone severe food poisoning or possibly death. I have called the Auckland Council and made an official complaint in the hope that they can do something. Its obvious when you visit the Pukekohe site that they take no pride in the place. The place is filthy and smells of stale body odour and is in my opinion the most filthy digusting premise in Pukekohe. Not even there head office are in the slightest way concerned at this potentially life threatening food practise. I suggest everyone support NZ and do there best to boycot Mobil NZ and buy NZ OWNED at Z ENERGY PUKEKOHE.
