β β β β β You have to have patience and wait till your number comes up. The young women on the reception are dedicated to their job and work tirelessly even in times when they are abused by customers. The service to your pet is great. They have treated 3 of my dogs and the vet supported me with my little Becky to make the decision to let her go to heaven. I tautoko support this service. Its affordable to my budget and realistic compared to your mainstream vets who charge so much more.

β β β β β Best to arrive as early as possible. Understandable with such cheap pricing heaps of people go there. I got there at about 8am and was seen at about 1130am, wasn't too bad though - theres a website where you can see what number they are up to i returned when it got closer to my number. The vet was really fast and helpful when i asked questions. Given the pressure of covid and how busy they are aswel as staff numbers changing (because of covid) i really liked the service for my kitties there.

β β β β β Super busy but we were seen quickly and my puppy's procedure was quick and well cared for. The cost was also very affordable. Will definitely look at coming back.

β β β β β Would not recommend this vet.
Took my kitten in today to be neutered, when I picked him up he was bleeding from his mouth and his front paws were covered in blood. He also had a swollen face and overall just was not normal for just a "neutering" procedure. I took him back inside and they said its all okay and just from him licking his wounds so don't worry. They overall just didn't want to know. ANYWAY, I took him to another vet straight after to check what had happened, and they said some of his teeth had been extracted.
Firstly, I was not aware of this nor did I ask for this procedure OR CONSENT. But the thing that gets me most is that the vet tried to get in contact with Great South Vets and they denied extracting his teeth, and said there was no record of it. I was also not charged.
Am confused on how and why you would do this? If there was an issue with his teeth it would have been nice to know or be aware of his condition before leaving the vet? I was also not given any medication for his teeth? 2 different vets checked it out and they were definitely fresh extraction wounds, so whats going on? Was there a mistake or wrong surgery done on the wrong cat?

β β β β β I wouldnβt even rate them a 1 star. If I could, I would give them a negative 5 star. Waited literally 7 hours only to be told nothings wrong with my dog. But when I took him to another vet they gave him injections and pills. Not to mention the poor service and the way they talk to waiting clients was ridiculous. My dog couldβve died and they wouldβve just said βheβs fine, heβs just sleepingβabsolutely ridiculous ?????

β β β β β You need to check your customers concerns and deal with them to the appropriate manner. Our pets are our family too , you can't pick and choose which pet gets good treatment or treatment at all. EVERY PET MATTERS, no matter how short staffed or how busy your clinic gets. Every animal should be treated and the owners treated with respect. Simple. Do your job properly or don't work there at all.

β β β β β Dr Para NaraοΌHe is really good and patient. My cat could not urinate, so I went to see him and had a catheter inserted. He was very patient all the time. I went to see him for more than 4 times, and every time I asked him a lot of questions. Because my English was not good, I always worte question and show him.he answered my questions one by one. I think he is the best, most careful and patient doctor in the veterinary hospital. This hospital is not expensive, I really recommend everyone to come.
