★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came for our first visit as an emergency a Saturday morning. Everyone was so nice and efficient, they manage to fit us straight away.
They called for follow up to see how our kitten was doing multiple times. Doctor Ee has been amazing! They all took great care of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, choosing this veterinary clinic to care for my pet was a decision I now regret :(
I brought my cat to this vet due to her limping for several days. Upon appointment my cat was no longer limping (vet said due to being scared) which made it difficult to locate her injury and honestly, I don’t know if this is common practice but the veterinarian pulled my cats limbs every which way- i’m assuming to get my cat to make a sound out of pain? Nevertheless this did not work at all. They told me my cat was fine and that if anything, it was just a sprain.
They charged me $120 for treatment. Once home she was still limping obviously and after a day or two I discovered a very large wound on the back of her front leg that I’m really surprised the vet didn't notice!! I ended up taking her to a different vet further away where she received proper treatment and shes okay now.
I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND this vet it was a waste of time and money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE hidden fees and atrocious receptionists that will lie to your face about fees they promised were included in the stated price, then claim it was "a misunderstanding" and yet not offer the costs of THEIR mistake back. If your receptionist lies or, as they euphemistically said, "miscommunicates," then it's on you as the clumsy business to bear the cost and not charge $300 for two shots taking less than ten minutes under the express agreement that it would be far under that. End of story.
And I'm not the only one, see Ben K and other reviews too, these people are crooks that will find any means they can to charge extra hidden fees. I've also privately talked with at least two people who have had similar experiences. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not recommended approaching this clinic for any treatment requirements for your pets. The customer facing staff will make you feel worthless and completely disrespected. You will feel ignored and you will know your situation has not been considered.
I have attempted to book my oldest of three dogs for a teeth check and was advised by a somewhat inattentive receptionist that they are not taking any new clients.
We have been clients of this clinic since 2009 and most recently visited in the last 12 months with our middle dog for a tooth extraction.
I was told by the receptionist that she would have to check with the vet or clinic manager if they would accept a new client, considering the receptionist has just confirmed we have visited since 2009 - wondering what they consider "new" client?. I received a return call about an hour later advising they could book us in next week.
This behavior is very disappointing from a customer facing staff member and unfortunately demonstrates the lack of care afforded by management.
Having to bring your pet to the vet for any reason is often a cause for stress and this is evidently not on the minds of the staff here.
Please avoid making the mistake we have made in trusting this clinic to be attentive and understanding.

From the genuinely caring reception staff on the phones to the vets themselves my labs always get treated like family, couldn't ask for more. They even do follow up calls to make sure recovery is going smoothly.
