★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this afternoon to look for a CRV but we were told that the car was in another branch of Yes Cars, so we planned to go that branch to check it out. On our way out, due to the limited parking in the premise, we parked at the driveway and checked on our GPS as we are not local. Suddenly we heard a loud and long honk coming from a car behind us. We quickly moved our car away and our child was frightened. When he passed by we saw that he was one of salesmen here wearing a cowboy hat that we met before. Although we shouldn't have parked on the driveway, the staff shouldn't have honked us in such a rude way. It was the worst experience that we encountered among the car dealers that we met in Auckland so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unpleasant, obnoxious and rude experience I’ve ever had with customer service hands down. Even if they had the best deal in town (which they don’t) I’d rather spend my money else where.
Was made to wait 3o mins whilst he spoke on the phone to his mate. Then demanded ‘what do you want’... to which I replied ‘I’m looking for a hatch.. do you do trade ins? Can I get a quote?’
‘Do you have 50 bucks ... if not bugger off’ and walks back into his shed.
I’m shocked and appalled. Perhaps only white customers are valued at this business. Well played mate, good on ya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 1994, we bought a BMW 318 from Tony - it was immaculate and extremely reliable over the 12 years of ownership. 25 years later, we have just purchased another BMW from Tony - this time an X3, but again, presented in absolutely beautiful condition - awesome to see good car sales peoples habits haven't changed. Extremely happy with our purchase and Tony's attention to detail in making sure everything was in top order. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and is passionate about selling really good quality cars - I can thoroughly recommend him to supply best quality used vehicles at a fair market price. Thanks Tony - it was great to do business with you again and thanks for your great help! I'm sure this new one will last us a long time too.
