β β β β β Dealers that have good customer service and response when wanting to buy the car but is bad once the car is sold. Lack of knowledge about the cars they are selling on the yard and are somewhat unprofessional. Would not recommend. John

β β β β β Employees did not know much about the car. Had a look at Audi A5 and they weren't 100% sure about the product they were selling. Cam belt/chain driven question was answered with uncertainty. If not sure, should search before answering customers. Quality of the used vehcle they were selling had some minor common issues. Would be better to fix and sell rather than just sell with issues.
